Hike/Bike Yourself Healthy is a summer wellness/nature program to get you outdoors and exercising! It is open to all ages and participants from around the world! Any time spent OUTSIDE being ACTIVE counts! We welcome hiking, biking, walking, running, rollerblading, skipping, jumping, you name it! Program runs June 1st - August 1st.
